Initial Wellness Consult

This 1.5 hour comprehensive consultation includes a detailed intake of your health history, with a focus on your current state of health and what you’d like to work on.

After the initial intake process, we will develop a comprehensive wellness plan including personalized herbal medicine, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations.

I come from a holistic Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine background so you’ll get the best of both worlds.

Ear Seeds

This needle-free modality is easy, pain-free, and used for conditions like stress and pain management, insomnia, anxiety, and more.

Cupping

Cupping uses heat, suction, and glass cups to help to relieve tension and increase blood circulation in areas with acute and chronic pain. My most requested service!

Acupressure/Chinese Massage

Let’s relieve your aches and pains using the same points as used in acupuncture, but without needles! Also great for supporting mental health.

Herbal Makeover

Interested in including herbs in your every day life but need some motivation or insight?

My Herbal Makeover package was created specifically to help you make positive and easy changes in your life with the help of herbs.

We’ll look at anything and everything you’d want to upgrade, from health and beauty products like shampoos, toothpastes, etc. to foods, drinks, and snacks.

Interested in Acupuncture?

I am currently in the process of obtaining my Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

You can book Student acupuncture sessions with me through the Institute of Clinical Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine on the island of O’ahu.

I work at the Student Clinic on Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. HST (last appt at 4 p.m.)

My projected graduation from Acupuncture school is December 2024. After passing rigorous board exams and obtaining licensure as an Acupuncturist in the State of Hawaii, I will be able to offer my full-range of acupuncture services.
